Anna Cake Couture

ANNA is a Bristol cake boutique founded by Anna Tyler, one of the UK’s top wedding cake designers.

What started in Clifton Village has grown into national reputation for cakes and patisserie that look every bit as good as they taste. Think modern buttercream finishes, jewel-like macarons, cubicakes and their much-loved chunky cookies. Elegant, playful and always crafted with care, ANNA has become the go-to for weddings, gifting and everyday treats.

We worked with ANNA right from the start, helping shape their brand positioning and bringing it to life through packaging, window displays and seasonal shoots. The aim was simple: create an identity and experience that feels as special as the product, and keep it consistent across every touchpoint.

The challenge
Anna’s cakes and sweet treats were works of art; meticulous, inventive, and already standing shoulder to shoulder with the best in the industry. The question was how to position her brand to reflect that standard, without losing the warmth of her personality.

The approach
We introduced Cake Couture, a name and identity that placed Anna confidently in the top tier (pun intended) while keeping her approachable and human. By building the brand around her own name, we made sure her personality shone through the polish.

The outcome
The result was a brand that feels both refined and relatable, couture quality with Anna’s own charm baked in.

Anna Tyler, Owner Anna Cake Couture

“I started working with Tom when it was just me baking cakes for friends and family. Now we’re a team of 25, sending products nationwide, and keeping the brand exciting and consistent across so many places wouldn’t have been possible without him. Tom’s become our brand guardian, creative guru, and we’ve stayed friends along the way - just ;)”
