As Creative Director and Head of Marketing, I lead a new brand and positioning to reflect exactly that: stories over square footage, lifestyle over listings.

We crafted a vision for what estate agency could be, combining beautiful presentation, emotionally resonant content and rich and vibrant narratives. This repositioning was reinforced by securing B Corp certification, cementing Boardwalk’s values and commitment to ethical, people-centred service.
